Make useful connections
Networking guide
Prepare before the event, connect intentionally on site and follow up afterwards.
Making connections
Plan the conversations that matter.
The event is built around practical buyer and supplier interaction. Before you arrive, look through the speakers and exhibitors and note the organisations across the value chain — design, manufacturing, packaging and test, electronics production and applications — you want to meet.
Bring business cards or a digital contact method, and use the programme themes to find people working on the same challenges as you.

Respecting exhibitors
No canvassing of exhibitors.
Exhibitors invest in meeting visitors on their stands. Canvassing or selling to exhibitors on the exhibition floor is not permitted. If you would like to promote your products or services, talk to the team about exhibiting or sponsoring.

Food & networking areas
Refreshments, conversation and follow-up.
Food and networking areas are a natural place to continue conversations started on stands and in sessions. Their locations and serving times will be shown on the floorplan and in the event information once the venue is confirmed.
VIP area
VIP access is by invitation or entitlement.
Where a VIP area is offered, access is limited to guests with the relevant invitation or package entitlement. General admission does not include VIP access. Details of any VIP offering will be confirmed by the event team.
Sessions & rooms
One focused programme.
Breakout rooms are not currently offered. Sessions are published on the programme page; bookable meeting rooms are not available unless the event team announces otherwise.
